A token buys one change. Once your change is accepted into the queue, it is guaranteed to be built and shipped to the live site in the next build, within 3 hours of its window closing.
If for any reason an accepted change can't be built, your token is automatically returned to your balance. You never pay for a change that doesn't ship.
If your request is denied (duplicate, too vague, or against the rules), you keep the token and can submit a different change.
Token purchases are final. Tokens have no cash value and can't be transferred.
At most 42 changes are accepted every 3 hours. When a window is full, buying and submitting pause until the next one.
Later changes can alter or undo earlier ones. That's the point.
Requests and the resulting changes are public on the changelog.
No illegal, hateful, sexual, or harassing content; no malware, tracking, data collection, or impersonation. We may remove any change at any time.
Your balance is tied to this browser. Clearing cookies loses it.
